Chris Handa has over 17 years of active work in haunting and more years than he cares to admit in magic. In addition to being in his 14th season of work with Castle Blood, he has served as a guest actor for three other attractions and worked from the ground up on a haunted house for three years with his Boy Scout Troop in Baldwin. As far back as he can remember, he has always incorporated a paranormal or spooky element into his magic routines, which led him to involvement in the scripting and design of effects for haunted attractions: first for himself and then for others. Since 2001, he has also presented and taught magic at numerous Halloween and Haunted House conventions, most recently serving on the staff of the National Halloween Convention as Entertainment Director (2009, 2010) and a Professor for their Halloween University (2008-Present). Although magic is his passion, he also has a knack for problem-solving which has placed him in key operational positions for seasonal activities as far back as 1985. He lives in Pittsburgh with his wife Kari and daughter Katelyn (6) who are both also veteran haunted house performers. http://www.castleblood.com http://halloweenshow.com http://facebook.com/gravelymaccabre http://etsy.com/shops/gravelymaccabretv show clip samples at http://www.veoh.com/channels/castleblood www.nationalhauntersconvention.com

His media appearances include high-profile television programs such as Oprah, Geraldo, and Regis and Kathy Live; network news shows such as Dateline NBC; major TV and cable networks, including Fox, PBS, the History Channel and HBO, and numerous radio programs, including Coast to Coast AM, the largest syndicated night-time talk show. Sean will be quite busy with the newest edition to the Forker Family and we wish the Forkers all the best. Stepping into the co-hosting role is BTE Segment host and author of the Phantoms and Monsters Blog Mr. Lon Strickler. Lon brings to the show a wealth of experience and knowledge on the paranormal and all things mysterious. We are glad to have Lon step into the role of Co-host each and every week as part of the BTE Family. The segment hosts will be on the show once a month as we have a special show at the end of each month to feature each segment host for 30 minutes. Returning will be Lon Strickler with Strictly Paranormal, Nick Redfern and Nick Redferns Para-Normal World, Scott “Hackenslash” Walton with BTE Movie News and Reviews, and we cant forget the ever outspoken James Baker with the Bake Shop!
As we return to the air ways with this show, we welcome Horror and Sci Fi Fictional Author Robert Clark from Erie Pennsylvania. Join us as we discuss the books he’s written along with his latest book Lycanthrope Part 1.
About Robert Clark:
Robert Clark was born and raised in Eerie, Pennsylvania. He was brought
up on Creepy, Eerie, and Vampirella comic books, stories of Axe Murder
hollow, science fiction novels, and late night horror and science fiction
movies (often while his parents thought he was asleep in his bed). He
delighted in scaring the neighborhood kids with stories he made up or
swiped from comic books. His fifth grade teacher informed his parents
he’d end up either in prison or as an author. To the surprise of almost
everyone who knew him, he graduated from college. Clark taught High
School Biology. While doing so his fifth grade teacher’s prediction (?)
threat (?) curse (?) whatever, came true. Tired of reality, he decided to
try fiction and started writing. His horror novel Lanigan’s Woods was
published on audio tape in 1996. Bricks, a science fiction novel with
strong horror elements, was published in 2006. Askarjan, a science
fiction novel, was published in 2008. Boringville, a horror novel, was
released in 2009. His first e-book. Lycanthrope, a horror novel, is being
released in two parts. Part 1 was published in 2010. Part 2 will be
coming out in 2011. His science background allows him to make his
science fiction and horror creatures as realistic as possible. Years of
training in tactical combat shooting means weapons in his books are used
correctly and are capable of doing what they do in the novels. He enjoys
traveling, photography, reading, hunting, fishing, SCUBA diving, tactical
combat shooting, and eating. He likes to study other languages, although
he has almost no talent when it comes to actually speaking them. He lives
in northwestern Pennsylvania with his wife and assorted animals which seem
to think either they are his pets. Clark is no longer teaching Biology,
but is writing. At this point he hasn’t been in prison and hopes to keep
it that way.
Lycanthrope is available from Wild Child Publishing,

In this episode in hour one we welcome Nick Redfern and his segment Nick Redferns Paranormal World. In hour two we welcome sisters and authors Tilde Cameron and Tina Fiorda as they talk about their new book “A book of Insight.
A Book Of Insight was co-authored by sisters, Tina Fiorda and Tilde Cameron. They have shared in many common interests throughout their lives, but the one fascination they’ve both held from an early age is with the world of the unseen and the unknown.
As children, the writers have had many experiences of the other realm that have confused them at times but sparked their interest in the spiritual realm. It was their curiosity in this area that first caused them to begin experimenting with a Ouija board in their early teenage years. For years they played with the Ouija board, asking it questions that centered around love interests and future predictions; never taking it very seriously, until one day they were introduced to three entities who were not of this world. From that day forward, the messages they received were of a completely different nature. The Ouija board was no longer a parlor game, it was now a tool used to receive wisdom and knowledge from a realm of existence that was beyond anything the authors had ever experienced.
Although Tina & Tilde are the authors of this book, they don’t consider themselves to be the writers of this material. As a matter of fact, previous to the writing of “A Book of Insight”, Tina & Tilde had never authored a book or had any intention of joining the literary world as writers, and this is where it gets interesting.
Who were these entities and what was their purpose? What is the subject matter of the material contained within the pages of this book, and where did it come from? Allow us now to introduce to you, the three entities that imparted word for word, the knowledge and wisdom of this book to Tina and Tilde. Visit their website at www.abookofinsight.com
